Phil Sanders

Dr. Philip D. Sanders has been actively involved in gospel ministry for more than fifty-five years and has served as the speaker for In Search of the Lord’s Way, the nationally broadcast television ministry of the Edmond Church of Christ, since 2009. He holds degrees from Oklahoma Christian College (B.A.), Harding Graduate School of Religion (M.A.R.), and Theological University of America (Ph.D.).

In addition to his preaching ministry, Dr. Sanders has taught at the Nashville School of Preaching and Biblical Studies, Amridge University, the Georgia School of Preaching, the Georgia School of Theology, Sunset School of Preaching, and internationally in the Philippines and South Korea. He is the author of several books and numerous articles in Gospel Advocate and The Spiritual Sword, and he continues to speak regularly at lectureships, gospel meetings, and seminars.

Dr. Sanders and his wife, Jackie, have been married since 1974. They have four daughters and twelve grandchildren.
